Role of a Teacher
Education is not something which the teacher does, but that it is a natural process which develops spontaneously in the human being. It is not acquired by listening to words, but in virtue of experiences in which the child acts on his environment. The teacher’s task is not to talk, but to prepare and arrange a series of motives for cultural activity in a special environment made for the child.

Ms. Ritu
Lead Toddler Teacher
I’ve been a resident of Loudoun County since 2002. Before that, I lived in India, where I studied Botany. I chose Botany because I love plants and nature! Botany taught me that taking more time to plant a seed patiently can help it grow better. This background has helped me as a teacher! I ended up choosing to become a teacher because I wanted to provide a nurturing and caring environment for my students to sow their seeds of learning and growth properly now, so that they could grow to become strong individuals in the future!
Ms. Mubin
Lead Toddler Teacher
In my two years of work here, I’ve created a classroom where curiosity and independence are encouraged! I pay a lot of importance to being patient, flexible, and attentive to the individual needs of each child, while also supporting the overall Montessori philosophy and curriculum. I find so much joy in those little learning moments where I get to see your children grow! I feel very strongly about the importance of catering to the creativity of children, especially in their growing years. I value the opportunity you all have given me to not only educate, but to shape your children’s character, instill confidence, and help children discover the excitement of learning.
I look forward to getting to know your children and growing together as this school year progresses!
